1) Underwater Scooter Adventure

Comfortably seated one behind the other (one or two people can ride the scooter together), on height adjustable seats, you can breathe normally inside a big broad common transparent and panoramic glass dome and enjoy a 360 degrees panoramic view. 4) Parasailing

The parasailing begins with a short safety briefing. Then you will be taken by boat to the launch pod where you will later take off and start the parasailing. You will slowly take off from the launch pod for a flight above the beautiful lagoonNo steering is actually necessary as the sail follows the course of the boat. It is also optional to do a "touch and go", which means that on the way down, instead of just reeling back onto the boat, you will fly for a while above the ocean and then be lower down for a dip in the sea before going up again while enjoying a very refreshing plunge.

The botanical garden stretches over endless acres of land and it may take you more than a week to cover the whole garden. It is populated with more than 650 varieties of plants among which are the famous Baobabs, the Palmier Bouteille, the ineluctable Giant Water Lilies, dozens of medicinal plants, a large spice garden and many more. One of the main attractions of the botanical garden is the 85 different varieties of palm trees brought from different corners of the world. 11) Sugar Museum And Factory

You will then visit the enormous factory, its decade-old machines decked with a thousand lights. A sugarcane hedge leads the way to the fully restored and converted sugar factory where films evoking the early years of Mauritius appear on giant screens. Caudan, as it is now commonly known, was the first major shopping development of its kind on the island of Mauritius.It remains to this day an iconic shopping destination for locals and tourists alike.  18) Grand Bassin

Grand Bassin or Ganga Talao is a sacred lake, which is about 1800 feet above sea level and is situated 2 km to the east of Le Pétrin. The crater lake is one of the most important hindu pilgrimage sites outside of India. Along Grand Bassin there are several temples dedicated to Shiva and other Gods, little shrines and colourful statues.Not far from Grand Bassin one can admire an impressive statue of the god Shiva. It is 33 meters tall and is known as the highest statue in Mauritius. Grand Bassin is one of the highlights of a holdiday in Mauritius. 19) Mauritius Aquarium

The newly designed architecture of the aquarium shows off what the aquarium has to offer to a better degree.In the Aquarium you are able to enjoy a unique walk on the ocean floor observing the many types of aquatic animals that Mauritius ocean eco-system has to offer. It is fascinating to watch the crystal clear Mauritius water and observe the rich sea life from the land above.During your visit you will get to see the Crown squirrelfish and the Devil Firefish as well as a number of sharks. 20) Zip Lines (Tyroliennes) Adventure
