A fantastic vacation with flawless planning took place! started with a wonderfully kind hotel employee who met the kids at the airport and instantly won me over with his smile. Everything is wonderful; one must stay there to truly experience heaven; the reception was pretty exceptional; the villa was on the water (a water villa), with breathtaking views; even during heavy downpours, this is a wonderful stay; and the quiet location is a major benefit. The water is wonderful, the food options are great, the service is exceptional, and there is a lot of privacy available. The staff is also very courteous from the beginning to the end. Food prices are quite expensive; perhaps one improvement would be to leverage it a little.

You are greeted by the waiting personnel after a 20-minute high-speed boat voyage from the airport. Since we came earlier than normal, we hung out at the Breeze outdoor restaurant and bar and relaxed while our room was being prepared. Access to the rooms is typically available at 2pm. Our recommendation is to take the boat journey option rather than flying to a hotel. The transfer is quicker by boat than by airport or seaplane because it is not affected by poor weather. The Pool Reef Villa was where we stayed. When you look at photos, you frequently assume that something has been enhanced to make it look better.
