I pre-booked every tour activity with sightseeing group with Refresh Holidays in all the places I visited (Phuket, Krabi, and Bangkok) because I was travelling with my daughter. I was worried about cab delays, cancellations, etc., but Refresh Holidays tour coordination was superb, amazing, and exceptional. It was as if we turned a switch and everything was done; I never received a call from her once during the entire trip to inquire as to why the cab was running late or how I managed my tickets. Of course, we can travel independently, but Refresh Holidays well-organized trip is the best option.
