Although I don't frequently write reviews, I feel compelled to when we stay somewhere like this. Our visit was completely flawless from the moment we landed at the airport until we boarded the plane to return home, thanks to the resort. We were met at the airport and led to the seaplane lounge before boarding. After a stunning one-hour flight to the resort island, a welcoming crew welcomed us and introduced us to Ninni, our villa host, who showed us around the island and showed us to our accommodation. When my phone stopped working, Ninni offered to share her personal charger because she was available around-the-clock and took care of everything we needed, even making reservations for dinner. She greatly contributed to enhancing the quality of our stay and

For four nights and five days, my wife and I stayed in the Fairmont Sirru Fen Fushi. Although it should go without saying that the location is stunning, the hotel's staff and their exceptional service helped to make our trip one of the most memorable ones. Shrayf met us at the airport, showed us to the car, and made sure our luggage was handled at the counter where we checked in for our seaplane to Fairmont. The driver took us to the Sea Plane lounge, where Ms. Reema met us. She was incredibly kind and made sure we were at ease there. The hotel's staff welcomed us, and Mr. Ziyan, our host, showed us around.

Our anniversary was made memorable by the Fairmont, which made it a special occasion. Particularly, Jinah, our butler, was the best and most helpful at all times. I had planned to surprise my husband on his birthday, but Jinah managed to surprise me as well. He had decorated the bed and brought a guitarist singer to our room. Thank you so much Jinah for everything you did for us; it was a truly lovely night. Additionally, we tried scuba diving with Brit and the photographer (I believe his name was Osca) while diving. Even when my husband became ill during the dive, they were so professional that Brit knew before he told her and saved him. I'm so grateful I went with my first instinct.
