This hotel is truly a paradise. We were astounded by the spectacular vistas, breathtaking landscapes, first-rate amenities, attractive rooms, and, most significantly, the exceptional service provided by every member of staff from the moment we arrived. My daughter's fifth birthday was celebrated at this gorgeous resort, and the presents they provided were extremely special. Our birthday girl was overjoyed that she got to participate in so many enjoyable activities, including a magic performance, and our room was gorgeously decorated! a resort that is great for families! A special thank you to Vida, who was so personable and took the initiative to entertain the children while the parents enjoyed a relaxing vacation.

Excellent place to stop before a trip or while waiting to check into another resort. I wasn't impressed at first because they didn't recognise me as a return customer, but the meal was better and more reasonably priced than at the Hilton and Waldorf Astoria. Finally, Nikki made things better by providing us with more benefits, which is why she receives a 5 star rating. Working in the same field, I'm impressed by her service and her ability to transform anything negative into something positive. Spa was excellent for me, but not so much for my friend, so perhaps it depends on the therapist. We do hope for a restoration because, at the same fee, new hotels in the Maldives now provide standard rooms larger than 100 m2 with access to the beach.

In order to reconnect with one another and to get away from the stress of our hectic lives, my aunt and I got together in the Maldives. We were not only conveniently situated on a peaceful island, but the personnel also provided an amazing experience. Our mornings were made perfect by Ali's consistently excellent omelettes and Birendra's memory of our requests for coffee or tea. Vida kept us up to date on daily events and brought such vivacious energy. Wanida was friendly and helpful in providing all of our Thai cuisine needs. Every time we had a problem, Farqan always came to our aid with information and direction, and Maus went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay.
